Our first suggestion Kashan is located in Isfahan province. This city is famous for its luxurious old houses like Borujerdi house and Tabatabaei house and for its Rosewater and herbal essences. Aside from these two sides if you have more time, you can pay a visit to Abyaneh, Fin Garden, and the underground city of Nushabad.

2-Yazd(Iran UNESCO world heritage site)

Being one of the most historical cities of Iran, Yazd is a UNESCO world heritage site. Because of the hot weather and its dry climate, ancient Iranian engineers invented a special cooling system that you can visit in the Yazd wind tower. Aside from visiting this amazing technique, you can go to Alexander’s prison (also known as old jail), Zoroastrian fire temple, Amir Chakhmaq complex, Dolat Abad Garden, tower of silence in this Iran city.

Wanting to also visit the southern parts of Iran? Ahvaz is the best city for you. In this Iran city, you can rent a boat and paddle in the most abundant river of Iran Karoun River. You can also visit the Chogha Zanbil ziggurat (Iran UNESCO world heritage site), Haft Tepe, Shushtar, and Shush.

No Iran travel is completed without visiting the capital of Iran, Tehran. In our capital, you can enjoy the best services in the five-star hotels and in mount Damavand you experience all the snow recreations. The visiting sights of this Iran city are Milad Tower, Tabiat Bridge, Golestan Palace, Treasury of National Jewels, and Carpet Museum of Iran.

Hamedan is my favorite city and the best Iran tour destination in winter. We all have heard of Avicenna, the father of modern medicine, in this Iran city you will be able to pay your respect to him in his mausoleum. Except for Avicenna mausoleum in Hamedan you can visit Ali-Sadr cave, Hamam-e Qal' eh Museum of Anthropology, Alavian Dome, and Tomb of Baba Taher.

With two Iran UNESCO world heritage sites, Isfahan is also known as “Half of the world” among Iranians and was the capital of Iran in the Safavid age. In this Iran city, you will be with Islamic architecture. If you get a chance to visit this astonishing city, make sure you go to Naqsh-e Jahan Square (Iran UNESCO world heritage site), Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Shah Mosque, Ali-Qapu, Chehel Sotoun, Hasht Behesht, Jameh Mosque of Isfahan (Iran UNESCO world heritage site), Vank Cathedral, Menar Jonban, and the Bazars of Isfahan.

Kerman has also two UNESCO world heritage sites. This Iran city is famous for Arg e Bam. Arg e Bam (Iran UNESCO world heritage site) is a fortress aging back to the Achaemenid Dynasty and is located on the Silk Road. Being one of the most important historical sites of Iran, Kerman attracts many native and foreign tourists yearly. In Kerman, you can visit Jameh Mosque of Kerman, Shah Nematollah Vali Shrine, Mahan, and Shazdeh Garden (UNESCO world heritage site).

In the city of Achaemenid kings, you can visit the largest inscription in the world, the Behistun (UNESCO world heritage site) or you can go 1700 years back in time to the Sassanid era with Taq-e Bustan. This astonishing city is a must-go for history lovers.  In this Iran city, you can also visit the Zagros Paleolithic museum and Anahita temple.

9-Kish island

If you are looking for beach clubs and all different kinds of water recreations, Kish Island is the best Iran city for you. Kish Island is in the free zoon so you don’t need a visa to enter. On this island, you can visit Kish Dolphin Park, Kariz Underground City, Birds Park, Harireh, Green Tree (the oldest “Lur” tree of Iran), the Greek ship, and Kish coral reefs.

Mashad has crucial religious importance to Iranians since the shrine of our eighth Imam is situated in that city. Mashhad has also many other visiting sights like Mashhad Bazaar, Tomb of Ferdowsi, Kooh Sangi, Mashhad botanical garden, and Mellat Park.
