Iran Shiraz Mansion Shapouri

Shiraz has a reputation as an enlightened city that has been at the center of Persian culture for more than 2,000 years and was at one time the country’s capital.

Shiraz is crowned as the heartland of Persian culture and this city of sophistication will never fail to conjure up images of roses and nightingales, gardens and poetry. Early in the morning, relish in the highlights of Shiraz when it was the capital of Iran during the Zand Dynasty(1751-1794). Be inspired by the glorious Karim Khan palace, the splendid Vakil mosque, Vakil Bazaar and Saray-e-moshir with its splendid architecture and interesting ethnic souvenir shops, NasirAlmolk mosque.

Briefly, this mosque is a jewel of photographs, it is possible to take so many beautiful pictures here that will hypnotize you. This mosque was built during the Kadjar era, its name comes from the lord Nasir-ol-Molk who belonged to the Kadjar dynasty. This mosque is wonderful. The light that passes through reflects, mixes and finally forms unique rays in the mosque. The atmosphere in this place is incredibly positive, you feel comfortable from the moment you enter, something mysterious runs here.

This gorgeous city in the province of Fars is home to famous poets such as Hafez and Sa’adi and historical sites from different eras stretching back 6,000 years ago can be found. Hafez is one of the great poets who impressed everyone with his mastery. His poems give us a special feeling and the peace in his tomb is really outstanding. Sa’adi is a poet, philosopher, and mystic who is known as the father of an alternative tourist. About seven previous centuries he traveled to different countries and cities. Then he collected all his experiences in verse and Rhyme prose in two books named Boustan and Golestan. These two books give you Lots of inspiration and information. We will get a chance to pay homage to tombs of these great poets.

In the evening, we will visit Ali-Ebn-e-Hamzeh and be prepared to marvel at its beauties. Take a stroll through the JahanNama Garden and witness its tall and proud cedars. Finally, visit the Delgosha Garden and Khajoy-e-Kermani tomb from where the perspective of the mysterious city of Shiraz will perpetuate in our mind.

This nice-smelling city is full of flowers and gardens and imaginary houses in them. The most formal tree is Citrus aurantium or in other words, the sour orange tree. The smelling in any season is really mesmerizing. But the garden that has been ranked as the seventh most beautiful garden in the world is Eram Garden(UNESCO HERITAGE SITE). It need a big article itself and cannot be summarized in here, you can read about it further in our Iran gardens article.

Today have to leave Shiraz and Transfer to Kerman, before leave this lovely city our especail visit  for Today is Persepolis(UNESCO HERITAGE SITE). Founded by Darius I in 518 B.C., Persepolis was the capital of the Achaemenid Empire. It was built on an immense half-artificial, half-natural terrace, where the king of kings created an impressive palace complex inspired by Mesopotamian models. The importance and quality of the monumental ruins make it a unique archaeological site. It seems that Darius planned this impressive complex of palaces not only as the seat of government but also, and primarily, as a showplace and a spectacular center for the receptions and festivals of the Achaemenid kings and their empire such as Nowroz.

The next is Necropolis. Opposite the mountain of Rahmat, ten minutes driving to the north, proudly stands the Necropolis, the magnificent burial place of Achaemenid kings. The site also provides seven bas-reliefs dating back to Elamite and Sassanid period.

En route, visit Salt Lake (Maharloo) and Bakhtegan Lake which are important habitats for the scarce birds. Then pay a visit to jame’ Mosque in Neiriz and Bahram-e- Goor protected area (if you are interested to visit Bahram-e- Goor protected area we should make pre-arrangements and permission.) and if possible visit the decadent race of Iranian Zebra.Stay overnight in Kerman.

Today we will depart for Bam(UNESCO HERITAGE SITE) and along the way have a short stop in Mahan. Mahan is well-known for the tomb of Shah Ne’emat Ollah-e-Vali, the great Sufi leader, as well as Shazdeh Garden or Prince Garden(UNESCO HERITAGE SITE). Shazdeh Garden (Prince’s Garden) is a historical Persian garden located near (6km away from) Mahan which is one of the samples of building a garden in the heart of the desert. The garden is 5.5 hectares with a rectangular shape and a wall around it. It consists of an entrance structure and gate at the lower end and a two-floor residential structure at the upper end. The distance between these two is ornamented with water fountains that are engined by the natural incline of the land. The garden is a fine example of Persian gardens that take advantage of a suitable natural climate.

After that, visit the remains and also the reconstructed parts of the earthquake-stricken Arg-e-Bam (Bam Citadel) which still attracts the attention of the enthusiasts. And also other most visited sites during previous years. En route, pay a visit to Rayen castle which is a good replica for Bam citadel. leave Kerman and drive to Yazd visit Zeinoddin, a Safavid Caravanserai in the heart of desert which is restored in the best way possible and got 2 awards from UNESCO in 2005 and 2006.

Yazd(UNESCO HERITAGE SITE), the oldest adobe city in the world which is surrounded by the 4000m summit of Shirkooh and two majestic deserts of Iran, Dasht-e-Kavir, and Kavir-e-Loot. This ancient city is furnished with mosques of stunning beauty. The co-existence of the splendid fire temples and the holy sites of different religions astonish every visitor.

This city is revived by the works of contemporary artists. Isfahan prides itself on having fascinating historical garden palaces. Legendries have said that the city was founded at the time of Tahmoures King or Keykavous King, these two kings were really in those days of ancient and golden Iran when they were almost the kind of the whole world.

You may read all the true stories of those days being said again like a poem by Iran biggest poem, Ferdowsi. you can visit the tomb on the tours that include Mashhad.

And because of Isfahan glories, the city has gotten the title of “Half of the World” they call it themselves, Isfahan Nesf-e-Jahan when you say it, it sounds like a poem.

Our full-day tour includes the world biggest square, recently named Imam Square but originally named as Naqsh-e-Jahan(UNESCO HERITAGE SITE), which means the picture of the whole world (shows the glory of the square doesn’t it?).

 We will tour the architectural marvels of Sheikh Lotfollah mosque and Imam Mosques, Aliqapu Palace all placed around the square.

After that walk through the nice-smelling pavements to Chehel Sutoon (UNESCO HERITAGE SITE);the palace that has twenty columns and a big pool in front of it, so the reflection of the columns on the pool makes it resemble like forty columns that is why they call this palace (Chehel means forty and Sutoon means column). Hasht Behesht Palaces may be our next destination.

Many of Iran souvenirs, especially the ones which are more crafty and more complicated are from Isfahan so don’t miss to visit its Bazaar. And the most delicious souvenir is Gaz, the unforgettable sweet.

Vank church: Then we will visit Vank Church which is one of the most beautiful Armenian churches in the world and will undoubtedly capture the attention of every Christian.

While you are traveling to Kashan, the toy will have the chance of visiting a nice and amazing village of Abyaneh that is located close to the Mount Karkas. This village has high importance for UNESCO. In this small village, you can see its native people speaking with a special accent, dressing in Persian styles.

This delightful oasis city on the edge of the Dasht-e Kavir is one of Iran's most alluring destinations. It not only boasts a cluster of architectural wonders, an atmospheric covered bazaar, and a Unesco recognized garden, but it also offers some of central Iran's best of the traditional Iran hotels.to name some let’s say: Ehsan traditional hotel, Manouchehri House, Ameri House, Mahinestan-e Raheb, Negin residential complex, and Noghli house.

During the Seljuk period (AD 1051–1220) Kashan became famous for its textiles, pottery, and tiles, reaching high levels of accomplishment in each of these cottage industries. Currently, local textile artisans are enjoying something of a renaissance of interest in their work, but mechanization has largely led to the demise of this ancient craft. Today the town is more widely known as a major center for the production of rose water, which is sold at outlets around the main tourist attractions and at dedicated stores in the bazaar.

In this city, houses are magnificent

Kashan has many close to 50 magnificent houses that are part of the countries historical heritage currently. Be sure to visit as many as you can while in Kashan.
Known as the bride of Iranian houses is the Tabatabai house. Seyed Jafar Tabatayi a successful carpet merchant constructed this masterpiece in 1834.The one a kind Borujerdis Old House was built nearly 130 years ago by a famous merchant named Haj Seyed Jafar Borujerdi from Natanz. This house is known as the symbol of Kashan architecture. Several of these houses have been renovated to guest houses, which you can see the list and pictures of the houses here. Be sure to check these marvelous houses.

To sum the joy of architecture in this city, let's point to the Fin Garden. Bagh-e Shah, the Kings Garden (also known as the Bagh-e Tarikhi-e Fin or Bagh-e Amir Kabir) at Fin 6 km to the southwest, and perhaps the finest surviving example in Iran, creates the contrast between the Kavir region and the greenery of the well-tended oasis below the adjoining Karkass mountain. A major part of Kashans water was supplied by the perennial source of Suleimanieh spring in the garden. Amirkabir one of the biggest Iran ministers were assassinated in1852 in this garden.
